Be a Volunteer at Our Holiday Celebrations

The Actors Theatre Workshop is in need of volunteers to help serve and assist more than 100 homeless children who will attend our Annual Holiday Celebrations on Dec. 13 and Dec. 14.

Volunteers will help serve food, keep order with the children, participate in a creative class with the Artistic Director, distribute gifts and more. Fill out the application below to be considered for this unforgettable volunteer opportunity.

Please attend one of two mandatory meetings on Saturday, December 3rd from 4:00-6:30 PM or Saturday, December 10th from 4:00-6:30 PM led by our Artistic Director Thurman E. Scott for all those interested in volunteering for the parties. This meeting will prepare you with the philosophy of our children’s program, the logistics of the event and teach you the unique, powerful creative technique that will be used in our holiday creative class.

On the day of each party (Tuesday, 12/13 and Wednesday, 12/14) we will gather at ATW at 1:30 to prepare for the children’s arrival at 4:00.

We hope you can be a part of one or both of these wonderful days. We need your help to make the day a happy one for the children!
